Preparando Udon - Cooking Udon

Fiel a la costumbre de arruinar cualquier platillo intenté hacerlo con el Udón jeje, la semana pasada compré en un Asian Market algo de Udón instantaneo, de esos que pones 3 minutos en Agua hirviendo y con el sazonador en sobresito jeje, pero hasta este tipo de Udón tiene su chiste. Para el que no sabe el Udon es una clase de fideo grueso.
Well I came back to the kitchen to ruin an oriental dish, as usual, now I did it with the Udon, a kind of thick wheat-flour noodle popular in Japanese cuisine, last week I went an Asian market and bought instant udon, of the kind you put 3min in boiling water and add the condiment.

Los ingredientes fueron:

El Udón instantaneo
The Udon

Pollo cocido
Cooked chicken


y un huevo
and an egg


Pusimos el Udón en agua hirviendo por 3 minutos
Put the Udon in boiling water 3min


Agregar el sazonador anexo
Add the seasoning


Y para agregarle calorias le agregamos el pollo y un huevo crudo que se cocera un poco en el agua hirviendo.
And to add calories put the chicken and the egg thais is going to cook a bit in the boiling water


Vaya, que rápido salió esto jeje, además de muy rico el udón.
